At Harmony Healing Psychotherapy, we specialize in providing trauma therapy in Toronto and across Ontario. Unlike Zoom or FaceTime, Jane is PIPEDA-compliant, meaning your personal health information remains private and protected under Canadian privacy laws.

Accessing Your Online Session


You’ll receive a secure link by email 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Simply click the link on your computer, smartphone, or tablet—no app download required. As long as you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or wired), you can begin your session from anywhere in Ontario or Nova Scotia.

No Internet? No Problem.


If connecting online is a challenge, we also offer phone sessions as an alternative, ensuring continued access to trauma-informed therapy wherever you are.
